Research activities at CFSP

RESEARCH ACTIVITIES AT CFSP

Guided and approved by industrial members from North America, Europe, and Asia, center activities are focused on fundamental research to support the long-term growth and application of FSP. 

The university sites involved carry out research activities and industrial sponsors make up an industrial advisory board (IAB).  Together they work closely to select research topics that will support the long-term needs of both the technology and the industrial sponsors. 

Topics currently underway in the center include process fundamentals; tool designs; control schemes; and inspection, performance, and acceptance criteria.
